How to Redeem
To download your gift card, you will receive security codes valid for 12 months from the delivery date with relevant instructions. Once the code is downloaded (activated) the code is only valid for 30 days.
You can redeem your Gift Card at the box office or on the website. For exchanges on the web, choose the movie, cinema, and session you prefer the most. Sign in or create a new account. Select the number of tickets and add the promotional code that you find on your Cinesa Gift Card.
Valid for one ticket from Monday to Sunday at any of the cinemas on the Cinesa and Cines Luxe circuit.
