How to redeem

City Beach Gift Cards can be used online on the Australian City Beach site. They cannot be used on Ebay or the international site. Once you have finished shopping, make your way to the checkout. Please ensure that you are already signed in. To use your gift card, make you have selected the card payment option. Underneath the address selection, you will find a heading ‘Got A Gift Card’. Select the addition symbol and enter in your Gift Card number (starting with ’60’) and the pin in the “Got a Gift Card?” section at checkout. If you want to redeem your eGift Card In Store simply present your phone or printed voucher to the cashier

Terms and conditions

Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards are: redeemable for merchandise or services at all City Beach stores and/or online; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payments of credit or retailer accounts; Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Are partially redeemable.
