How to redeem

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS: To redeem your eGift Card in store, simply display on your mobile device or present a printed copy of this eGift Card in a David Jones store within Australia. To redeem at davidjones.com.au, simply enter your eGift Card number and PIN when prompted at the checkout.

CHECKING YOUR BALANCE: The available balance of your eGift Card will appear on your receipt after each purchase. The funds available can also be verified on request or at the time of purchase at any point

Terms and conditions

Please treat this Gift Card as cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card, once activated, may only be used for purchases at David Jones in the country of issue. This Card cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or used to pay any David Jones or other branded credit card accounts. The available funds will be verified on request or at the time of purchase. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases in David Jones. This Card expires 36 months after purchase. Any balance that remains on the Card after expiry will not be available for use, except as required by law. These terms and conditions may be amended by David Jones from time to time.
