How to Redeem

This code is redeemed in 2 steps and can only be used in physical stores.

  • In your email you will find a certificate with the card code. (Keep in mind that this code will be generated up to 72 hours after completing step 1)
  • Present this code in the physical store and you will receive a card that can be used at any physical location in Liverpool.

El uso de la Tarjeta constituye la aceptación de los siguientes términos y condiciones:

  • Por ningún motivo y bajo ninguna circunstancia el saldo de esta TARJETA podrá ser canjeado por dinero en efectivo, ni podrá ser abonado a ninguna cuenta de crédito.
  • El saldo de esta TARJETA únicamente podrá ser utilizado para la adquisición de bienes y/o servicios dentro de los Almacenes y Boutiques de LIVERPOOL de la República Mexicana.
  • El saldo de esta TARJETA corresponde al precio especificado en el rótulo exhibido y/o al saldo que sea comprado y activado del que se dejará constancia en el ticket de compra.
  • Esta TARJETA no es recargable.**
  • El saldo de esta TARJETA podrá utilizarse durante el plazo de 24 meses contados a partir de la fecha de compra y activación en caja.
  • El uso y resguardo de esta TARJETA es responsabilidad de EL CLIENTE, por lo tanto, por su forma de circulación y poder liberatorio, esta TARJETA no será repuesta en caso de robo o extravío una vez que haya sido activada y entregada a EL CLIENTE.
  • La TARJETA solo tiene valor al activarla en una de las cajas registradoras del establecimiento específico en dónde se haya adquirido, al momento de su compra, por lo que EL CLIENTE deberá conservar su ticket para cualquier aclaración.
