How to Redeem

The Rappi Gift Card must be used in a single purchase, as it does not generate any remaining balance. Additionally, you can complete the with the available methods.

You can add funds to your Rappi account as follows:

  • Open the Rappi app and log in.
  • Go to your Profile and click on the Gift Voucher section.
  • Enter your gift voucher code in the Gift Voucher field.

    • Tap “Convert to credits”

  • Your voucher will be added as Rappi Credits to your wallet.
  • Use these credits to pay for food delivery, groceries, pharmacy, pet shop, or other Rappi services.
Terms and Conditions
